What are the Side Effects from HCG Spray You Should Know About?

HCG has been developed in numerous methods to produce an alternative from the old method of taking HCG through injections. One of these alternatives is the HCG spray.

There are two kinds of HCG spray available in the market today. One is the HCG oral spray which is similar to the HCG oral drops. The other is the HCG nasal spray which is a little bit harder to get, since it requires a prescription.

The HCG oral spray updates the way you take the oral drops. The idea behind the oral spray is to prevent the inevitable touching of the dropper tip to your tongue thereby contaminating the bottle. With the oral spray, it solves that problem, but still works like the regular HCG oral drops.

On the other hand, the HCG nasal spray is another method of getting HCG into the body. The HCG nasal spray goes straight into the bloodstream, and is considered to be as effective as through intramuscular injections.

Both spray methods provide hassle free use of HCG with no feeling of discomfort at all. The cost for the spray, where 1 bottle has enough doses for 40 days, is almost half of the cost of getting HCG through injections.

But like any other form of HCG, some may complain of minimal side effects that HCG can bring. Though side effects are rare, when they occur they are generally not significant. Usually experienced during the first few days into the diet treatment, symptoms or reactions from the initial presence of HCG will eventually subside in a matter of days.

Mild headaches and fatigue can be some side effects during the first few days of HCG. This is caused by the release of toxins from stored fat being burned and also by which HCG begins to circulate stored fat in the system to be burned. Eventually, these effects will subside once the body adjusts to the presence of HCG, which would then turn these negative effects into positive ones by increasing your energy levels and metabolism.

Another side effect, experienced by a few is hunger during your first week into the treatment. If you did not load sufficiently during the 2 loading days, surely you would experience hunger pains once you go on the low calorie diet. However, your body will soon adopt to low calorie diet with the aid of HCG, which would also help stop cravings and make you feel full despite of the 500 calorie diet.

Can the spray still work if you continue drinking coffee or diet pop?

You need to be following the HCG diet and coffee is allowed but soda is not. Diet soda is horrible for weight loss. They just call it diet for marketing purposes.
