Hello there! Just thought I’d do another quick post about the HCG diet and the “side effects”.

I put “side effects” in quotes because there are few, if any, side effects or dangers. And usually the only time there are any side effects are when you are using the old injection method of administering the HCG.

The old injections can cause blood clots, hair loss, and a few other issues. Now that doesn’t mean it’s not safe. For example just for Vitamin C you can find dangers and side effects that run the whole range of seriousness. There is a risk with everything and the HCG diet is EXTREMELY safe!

And compared to other weight loss methods, the HCG Diet is probably the safest out there where you actually get results. For example, you can get great results with the lap-band surgery or other stomach staple operations. And you can lose just as much weight on those as the HCG diet.

BUT, they are life threatening! Yes, people actually die when they go under the knife for those operations. So if you need quick weight loss, and maybe you need to lose a lot of weight, I’d suggest the HCG diet anyday over anything else.

It’s safe, effective, and easy to do at home. Not to mention it’s also cheap!

But one more issue is the side effects of the injections that I’d like to address. Yes you can do injections but if you were talking with me one-on-one, I’d STRONGLY recommend the oral HCG drops ANYDAY over the injections. They are safer, cheaper and just as effective. I dare say they are even more effective because they are easier to take and you are more likely to complete the diet if you are doing the drops.

But whatever you do make sure to get started right away. The longer you put off changing your weight, the harder it is!
